Client Background

Vita grace is an online fashion boutique where they curate a collection of clothing, jewelry, and accessories. Its warehouse is in London. Vita grace products are designed by its founder and a small team of skilled creatives, with a background designing for high street multiples & upmarket boutiques across the globe. Vita Grace garments are shipped from a London warehouse where they are carefully packed for each individual order worldwide.

Challenge

Vita Grace came to us in Q4 2020 with a clear aim of increasing online sales and achieving a minimum of 500% return on ad spend. The client was tired of burning a huge amount of ad spend each month with poor results.

Our Role

Zoom was tasked to audit the ad account, identify the leaks and develop a bespoke plan that brings new quality customers, increases sales and drives business growth for Vita Grace. Our team then created a marketing funnel targeting audiences interested in similar products and in 90 days we generated approx. AED 550,000 in sales revenue with 900% Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Completing 12 months and we are still managing the campaign with an average sales revenue of AED 300,000 per month.
