Challenge

DAMAC is in the competitive Dubai real estate market. The company sells high-end residential properties and is up against stiff competition in the shape of the Government as well as established privately-owned developers.

DAMAC wanted to position Dubai as a reliable and high-performing investment choice in the GCC as well as European countries, with a focus on high net-worth individuals (HNIs). Zoom Digital was tasked with executing performance marketing with focal objectives to scale relevant reach, create engagement and produce inquiries that convert to new buyers so that DAMAC can strengthen ROI from its marketing spend.
